Policies
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Business meetings, flight delays, illness, weather,lack of baby sitter, and car problems are a few reasons why one may consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be efficient and fair to all clients and out of consideration for your stylist time, we have the following policies.

24 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED
when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour notice, you will be charged half the amount of your scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS
will be charged full price of scheduled services. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your services. Once you're 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered as a NO-SHOW and you will be charged an additional $20 to hold your appointment if their is an availability.

CHANGE OF SERVICES:
in order to keep being able to give exceptional service in a timely manner, we ask that you schedule for the services that you wish to receive. We understand that sometimes their are changes and when that  happen, please give you're stylist a courtesy call at least one day before your appointment. Don't hesitate to call for assistance or to check and see if additional services can be provided.

CHILDREN:
No children under the age of twelve allowed in the salon unless being serviced.

NON-REFUNDABLE

All transactions are non-refundable upon booking.

GROUPON POLICY

If you booked a Groupon service and are requesting a refund I advise you to call Groupon.

We do not offer any refunds from any third party bookings.

​

Microblading services through Groupon DOES NOT include numbing service and will need to be scheduled as an "ADD-ON" prior to booking appointment. There is only one session included in the Groupon Session. All other touch up sessions MUST be purchase through thebrowcafe.com
